Amanda Cabot

Amanda manages the trust operations team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to support the trust team. Additionally, she oversees the trainee trust administrator program for the business. With over 25 years of experience dealing with private clients, Amanda initially held client-facing roles before transitioning to more operationally focused positions in August 2016. She has a strong interest in people management and is dedicated to developing, coaching, and mentoring employees.

Amanda holds the ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration, the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, and is a full STEP member. Committed to continuous growth, she is currently pursuing the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, family, and friends. She also enjoys activities such as walking, paddle boarding, and riding her motorbike.
