Jersey based Affinity Private Wealth has been recognised with an award at the prestigious Portfolio Adviser Wealth Manager Awards. The Platinum award – the highest level – was in the category for cautious portfolios managed by boutique investment providers.
This year Portfolio Adviser received more entries than ever, with hot competition in every category. The awards, sponsored by Schroders, were judged by an independent judging panel, which provided its own experience and expertise in wealth manager selection.
The two-part judging process included scrutiny of performance data with summary analysis from Enhance Group. The panel included experienced individuals from leading financial planners, law firms, accountancy practices, consultancy businesses and trust companies who were all charged with placing private client investment mandates with wealth management firms.
Ben Stott, director of Affinity said “The award for our cautious portfolios is an accolade we are exceptionally proud of. Managing investments on behalf of our clients is a responsibility we take very seriously. Receiving an award recognising the many hours the team commits to research, fund analysis, portfolio construction and risk management is wonderful compensation for all this hard work".
