About us

When we established Affinity, in 2011, the goal was simple yet ambitious; to reshape the way wealth management services are delivered. We aim to earn and maintain our clients’ trust, by keeping our promises and delivering on our commitments to them. Our independence and shareholder structure are fundamental to achieving this.

We are regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

We are

The team

The directors have extensive experience in wealth management, gained whilst working for global financial institutions. Our client numbers ensure we have a detailed understanding of their individual needs. The business is purposely weighted towards senior professionals and utilises the latest technology; meaning clients receive a trusted, high touch, high tech service. We are approachable, flexible and hard working. Meet your team:

Careers at Affinity

Affinity’s culture is one of inclusiveness. All permanent employees are shareholders, participating in the long-term success of the firm. The directors are hands-on, sharing their experience with younger members of the team, who in-turn ensure we remain current in our thinking. Our structure provides the opportunity for everyone to develop and progress. We support and encourage learning, including the financing of professional industry qualifications. Days may be long, but the work is interesting. We enjoy what we do and have fun doing it. All this translates into excellent staff retention; those who join generally choose to stay.
